Because we formulate and produce in limited quantities, orders may take a few additional days to prepare once they are received—allowing us to maintain quality, freshness, and attention to detail in every item.

At times, particularly around craft fairs or events, we may have additional inventory available. During these periods, orders often ship more quickly, with little to no processing time.

As with all small-batch, handcrafted goods, slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur from one batch to another. These natural differences reflect the integrity of our ingredients and the hands-on nature of our process, while each product continues to meet our standards for performance and safety.

Our products are thoughtfully formulated with skin compatibility and comfort in mind, and many are well-suited for sensitive or reactive-leaning skin. However, every individual’s skin is unique. Shipping & Order Processing

All KG Apothecary products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. During peak times or following events and craft fairs, inventory may already be prepared and orders may ship more quickly.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during transit or a product arriving in unsatisfactory condition—please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.

When appropriate, we are happy to offer:
